.TK issues. Empty .TK issues.

The Cityserver.tk domain will no longer be up because the .tk registering website does not let u register .tk domains for free anymore.

So u will have to go to cityserver.forumotion.com if u want to go to the forum's now. i wish i could fix this but there's nothing i can do.
