Name rater v1.0

Please read before posting, or your post will be hidden.
How The game work's
To play the game, give the person a rating from 1 to 10 based on there MINECRAFT name (under there forum name). i will keep a total rating and average rating for each person. I will have a highscores with the top people on the game. You can vote for the same person more than once.
(This is for your minecraft name, not forum name)
Basic rules:
1. No voting twice in a row.
2. no voting for someone other than the person above you.
3. no spamming (of course
)
4. have fun

This section really doesn't mean much, since its more quanity and not quality (the more votes the higher ur rank will be)
